So I cancelled my account just to get a call from your debt collection company stating I owe money... I did not provide them with my details. I called dstv to find out what the query was.. I spoke to Vanka that is what it sounded like a consultant to request what the amount owing was and she could not provide me with adequate information... She made me hold onto the line for 26mins without getting back to me... I eventually gave up and put the phone down... Till now I do not know the amount outstanding as the debt collection company gave me a different amount as to what dstv is giving me so please can someone get back to me
