The *********** of your call center staff is actually unbelievable. I have been promised to be called back numerous times by team leaders but to this day nothing. I took out a price lock and that was the worst decision I made because from there on I have been told about 10 different amounts that I am supposedly owing. I request a senior manager to contact me ********** 995, not a team leader because they also don't know what they doing. I'm willing to take this as high as I can.
