<div>Really angry....all i hear is apologies the incompetence levels really discussed...this is the 2nd time now so wake up this to go pay my dstv Request for the balance and its say 109.63 is due by the 2020-08-02 i did this a number of times and it continued i get to pep store and i ask the cashier how much is due,?she gives me the same amount i pay do my things get home service is still disconnect i reboot and nothing .... i check balance again and it says 412.89 is due by 2020-07-04 and i ask myself how what I called told me.. they will escalate it and TAT 24hrs i dont think i even got a reference number i want my services reconnected asap...****ty part about this is i want to load screenshots of the dstv app and i cant its annoying....</div>

05 Jul 2020, 15:03I calling in for feedback... the agent named zwakehele did not want to assist me and here i am calling in with my money to get feedback after i had sent screenshot as per ur private reply and again im now the one doing a follow up on the query im going to facebook now so far i paid the account as per the pep cashier and dstv app and my service are nor reconnected still u guys provid poor service all round this company should close down cause they dont know the meaning of customer service....

06 Jul 2020, 16:09It's 16:30 TAT was said to be 24hrs from the 4th of july 2020 and today its the 6th of july 2020...., so clearly they are saying am mad cause they have not responded to me and i gave them the screenshot they requested,they told me to reply to the email i received and i did.... and they still continue to ignore me...yet they have taken my 109.63 services have not been reconnected i want to see how long they will continue to provide this type of service,how long will you guys continue to treat customers like this ...maybe a petition will help now...????
