*********** service again and again!

I am a long time customer of DSTV, but teir customer service is so bad that I have to complain at HelloPeter!!! There is no way a DSTV customer can write a complaint.

I have chatted to a person who confirmed that I had a credit of more than R900 in my account as show in my statements. Despite that I receive sms's with claim that I owe more than R800!!! and my TV was blocked. It seems that the one hand in DSTV dont know what the other one is doing !! Very frustrating and unprofessional service. DSTV account department and statements department please fix the mess you send to me.
