*********** , Rude , pathetic service

After 2 reviews and a request to be assisted by a TL I get a phone call by a lady called Andisiwe who asked me to hold on the line while she is checking the payments or something after holding for almost 10 minutes i realized that she hanged up and she didn't even bother herself with calling me back ,,,,I am going to post here up until such time someone the has decency to call me and offer assistance
