*********** person at Dstv

When you pay for something you expect to get quality service or better. Try explaining your problem to dstv change of ownership department. They got an *********** person named "Ntando Bakubaku"

I asked for my decoder to be removed from my account as i have sold it to another person. Problem is, i didn't get a chance to get the other persons details in the process. I tried to make life easier for the new owner, But no. The decoder must be assigned to an account. Explained the situation and asks to fill in the form and asks for the new owners ID Copy. I mean how thick can you be. Where do i get the ID and details from? Funny how new decoders are not assigned to any account. DSTV complains Netflix is *****ing business but when we want to give you business, you give us problems. So who's fault is it? If you honestly don't want to give someone access to your platform, Don't worry. It's only a matter of time before customers start leaving for better service and appreciation.

Don't worry. I hope the company fails and goes down the toilet. Telling lies and full of story that have a poor reason. I'm done. I won't be recommending anyone to use dstv in the future.
