This morning I woke up to a debit order of R367 on my account. Called the call Centre to find out that the say I owe money on the account for which I was paying cash for it when I last used it in 2016. My understanding is that if you don't pay the account on the 2nd of the month, you get disconnected. How can I then owe money on the account?? What's even worse Multi choice has never sent me a single email informing me of this from 2016 till today. When I called they said they can't help me as they don't have much information on the account. I want my money bac****
