They disconnected my account on the 22nd of this month whereas I get paid on the 25th of every month and my debit order goes off on the 25th, I then paid cash and I'm still waiting for them to reconnect my extra view which they charge me for but I'm not using currently as I'm being sent from pillar to post by their team leaders and agents, they are a nightmare to work with, spoke to Zintle Dladla today who couldn't help me and I asked for her team leader Eunesh Pillay who didn't think my problem was worth her time told me she'd call me after 17:00. I'm disappointed in them as I always have to fight to get the service I pay for.
