I subscribed to one of they explora packages and they started charging me immediately before the delivery was made after 3 months I had to cancel the subscription because still had not received my explorer even after the cancelation they kept on billing me to a point were I reversed the payment,I noticed they still billing me I called they helpline several times none of the consultants would assist me instead they would always make me hold den after 30minutes the call gets disconnected from there they handed me to lawyers giving them false information about how I was on premium instead of compact even the lawyer told me they will investigate and send me an email still today no email or nothing instead in 3months iv moved from owing dem a R600 I don't know about to R2700
