Most *********** bunch of people I have ever came across. Call centre agents have no clue how to help you. No managers available. I do not know why I bother!!!! Service ....what service?? Spoke to Luyanda who told me one of my decoders will be cancelled - never done. had to phone in again spoke to Snethemba and she rudely told me service cannot be cancelled through the call centre I have to go to a Dstv walk in centre......o and to calm down
