*********** staff and billing process. I was billed R2760 for my December 2019 subscription as dstv miraculously activated an extra decoder and duplicated my premium subscription. When I called the call center, the agent told me that they will refund the amount overcharged yet they still charged me R632 in Jan. Another call to the call center and still no refund but the fancy app shows I owe them R968. Not sure how this company still exists might as well cancel and stream through Netflix.
