I got a bad service to a point I want to close my account , I requested a pvr and hd decoders extra view on premium . Apparently I'm charged for 2 decoders separately using one dish under one account . I was advised to call in on the 29 for a down grade since I requested it . I called in on th 28 for down grade I was told I owe R775 and I must call again on the 29 to confirm if it's done. I called in I spoke to a consultant telling me I was supposed to call in 5 days before my debit order goes thru and I owe an amount of R1283,77 we them got cut off called back again a different one again telling me I'm supposed to call on the 30 not today or yesterday and I owe R844.I then requested to speak her senior since I'm not getting anywhere ..I was told I'm not extra view but that was my request from the onset. she took my number saying they will call me back .. still waiting
