The varying level of incompetency amongst the "agents" in the call centre is laughable. The knowledge and advice from some of the agents is plan right shocking to say the least.

Thanks to the shocking advise from an agent I know have to get an installer to come out to fix my network at home. Furious is an understatement.

Training of staff seem to be a problem.
