I have to express hoe GUTTED I am in DSTV (@DStv) and specifically there "price lock team". I have had an account with dstv for 3years now. I decided to take take out a a price lock account in 2016, When my price lock eneded I then moved on to a new account and @DStv did not close the account and it carried out in the mean while I have taken out a new Price Lock. @DStv confirmed that I could NOT take out a new account if I have an unsettled balance with my current account. I went into Multichoice to find and and have confirmed that this is DSTV's mistake for allowing the account to carry on yet I keep on getting calls for the outstanding balance.
