In January I paid my account but wasn't picked up by their system. I mailed the proof of payment and my service was reconnected but without PVR functions. Then I went on PriceLock and received my new decoder after almost 2 weeks. They gave me an accredited Dstv installer in my area. When I spoke to him he told me that he will get back to me and ever after his number is off.

I'm on debit order now and being told that I don't pay enough monthly. Am I deciding how much gets deducted on debit order. What about my fees I paid for PVR functions and never received. Wat about PriceLock that I still don't have the use off.

And then you have the cheek to tell me that you will give me a bad credit record if I cancel my subscription.

Are you for real..... Or don't you know how a contract works.
