So we canceled dstv end of october, the lady at dstv said it was canceled and that the debit order won't go off, off course the debit order went off seing as their admin is up to ****. We phoned dstv and after a battle they refunded our money and said it won't happen again. On the 3rd of January the debit order went of again and double this time, how *********** can one company be. They are a useless, overpriced thieving company. I want my money back which you stole! I have all the phone recordings and a paper trail from the cancelation was logged. Phone my wife in connection with the refund as i will legally take this further as this is theft.
