*********** Consultants and Finance incompetency

I have been trying to get hold of a consultant for the past 3 days to resolve my billing issue and my showmax account and today some idiot named Connie came onto the chat and left without even having an interaction with me or resolving my query. Nor did they even call me back and why the hell do you keep charging me different amounts every single month? I never miss a payment so I have no reconnection fee to pay, where do you thumbsuck these numbers?
