Good day, <br> Well on the 25th of August I phoned dstv twice to ask them what my outstanding balance is and the woman said R1800 and a few odd cents and I asked her 3 or 4 times is she sure it's up until end of September and she said yes ma'am it is so I paid an amount of R1900. Dstv suspended my account yesterday due to no payments I phoned them and spoke to 3 different consultants and each one had a different story now balance is in arrears with R1551.98 because the other fees was for August and a R386 outstanding for July and my normal premium is R1500 and now to settle my account I need to pay R3600 for until end of October which I do not have extra I had my bonus last month that is why I wanted to make sure everything was up to date <br> Does the amounts even make sense?why does each consultant have a different story?<br>
