So I call in to cancel 1 XtraView since that connection hasn't been working for a few months now so we've been paying for nothing. I call in from my cell phone at 18:32 & ask the lady, Andile Dubazana, to cancel that XtraView with smartcard number 1016...she confirms she's done so. A few minutes after hanging up our account ********** 499 is disconnected. I rush off to pay & pay an additional amount. I get home & we're still not connected so I call in again at 19:20! The lady, a different one, says our entire service has been discontinued! The shock! I only requested cancellation of 1 XtraView & she goes & cancelled the whole damned account!!! Such incompetence when I made a simple request! Thank God for recorded calls because they can play it & hear my very clear request! I got so ****ed off!!!
