Well I'm just tired of waiting for my complaint to be solve by *********** staff who do not know what the hell their are doing, the price lock department messed up a clear request and now no one seems to be able to rectify it, countless emails and calls has been made but still to date there is no solution to my problem and their expect payment well I will pay my account once my problem has been solve.
