*********** call centre personel

Good day<br> After heavy rains for 2 weeks in January in the Kalahari the wires and eye of the dish get wet. I have replace the wires and the eye and there after we struggling to record, view box office and rest of the day's programs. We have call the call centre in January for help. All that they say was that we must change the wires from the one input to the second input, then change it back again and wait for 48 hours. That doesn't work!! We have call them again the 12th Feb. Again is it the same story, we told them that it doesn't work - we must wait 48 hours. The agent (which I get after long search) charge us R285.00 to come out to check what is wrong. We pay for Multichoice already R868.50 a month which I think is a lot of money!!!!!! and you don't get efficient help and service.

Hello Carlette1977,

Thank you for taking our call today. Please accept our apology for the delayed response.

As discussed, kindly have the decoder tested at the nearest MultiChoice branch or agency. We have our technical team who will inspect the decoder and provide you with the relevant feedback.

You might be advised to have the installation checked by an accredited DStv installer. It is only an accredited installer that can fix your installation so that you can be able to access your DStv Catch Up content, BoxOffice and the recording functionality.

Thank you for taking your time to contact us.
