Good day

I am not happy with DSTV till to this date i unable to view and next week i have to pay.

First agent i spoke to was Zandile sithole who assisted me with transfer of ownership. That was done however no streaming . My conversation with her started on the 26 August the day i make my payments .

Second agent Ayanda cele advice me that she will journal the money i have paid on for *** which Zandile first agent failed to explain to me that when you do ownership the monies paid needs to be transferred

Last agent was Andile who said he is not allowed to give me his surname said he will refund me my money that i paind into account *** and the one i paid int my account *** R566 and R130. To this day i am unable to watch DSTV .we are using the old method to watch Tv because you hiring *********** people .

I would like to get my money back because ever since i made payment on the 26 August we have not been able to watch DSTV.

I would also like to cancel my account because i see DSTV sees no value of my money or me as a customer . I am close to a month without streaming.
