it 1st started with their competition to upgrade to compact plus i won that was valid for a month and they told me they will change it back after 30 days. oh well they didn't and they decided to charge me for it without discussing it with me. i was sent from pillar to post to get it resolved. now i requested a price lock for 24 months thinking it's on compact, to my surprise they have been charging me for compact plus again and clearly they can see on their system that i only have compact. they are charging me for something i do not have. it's been escalated for about 6x already and nothing is been done but to re-escalate it again. I started calling them from the 1st of April, till today nothing is solved, they telling me they can't do it. It is really a nightmare i know I've been through this with multichoice before. I'm so frustrated and disappointed
