Have spoken to 4 different agents, not a single one can get my price lock package correct which includes the new decoder. I get the same answer everytime that someone will call me back but that never happens. They have now even said I must pay R180 cancelation fee in order to restart the process, what the hell???? Worst part is I logged a complaint on their own website a couple of days ago and still no call back. What a joke.

I got a call from another agent on Monday trying to sell me the package again that I have a issue with. Still waiting for feedback, this is ridiculous. Why are we paying so much if your staff can't even so their job properly. At this rate I would rather cancel my subscription with Multichoice as you have *********** people working there making endless empty promises
