Absolutely ***********. I have been on messenger with two *********** employees, who have zero common sense or willingness to assist.
It has taken them 2 hours to give me non existent service. I wait 20 minutes between messages. Not one single care is given. Useless, pathetic and spiteful.
The conversation started at 08:21 AND I HAVE RECIEVED NO REAL HELP. it is now 10:22 and still no resolution.
