*********** and poor service

My DSTV was switched off 6 x times this month due to a lack of commitment from DSTV staff. I feel they don't like what they are doing or just don't care. queries were logged and ask the manager to contact the customer and he did not even bother to call . they have charged me for reconnection fee for all the reconnections done. They are not taking the accountability to rectify the error and they keep on saying that the error is from their side. I feel so disappointed as a client.
