Called to reconnect my account I paid on 25 Jan and now I'm disconnected being told I owe 160 of which I understand I paid services for whole month I cannot pay on 26 and being told 5days after that I owe 160 I'm not happy your agents are *********** at 1st they connected wrong decoder had to call to swop Can I be assisted and please don't tell me about paying 160 I paid for services of this month
