Good day

I call the DStv Pretoria call center ***) today at 13:17 and spoke to a lady by the name of Ayanda.

My initial query was that the extra view wasnt working as the secondary decoder was not getting signal from the primary decoder.

She then told me to reset factory defaults which lead to thing getting worse were the decoder had a 'PG Block' error message on it. Then she proceeded to tell me that my decoder which was working fine before the call was faulty and when I made her aware that the decoder worked she hung up the call.

I really must say I'm not impressed with her service and her behavior needs to be looked at as it was very unprofessional, if she didn't know how to handle my situation she should've made me aware and transferred me to another agent.
