Unbelievable that I am hrld responsible for the agent giving me the incorrect amount to pay. I called in on Wednesday to confirm how much I need to pay and change the payment date. I was quoted R544. 62 and when I called to connect my services I had to pay an additional amount of R250. 78. Even though you made a mistake its now my problem and I need to wait 48 hpurs to have my services connected. Pathetic don't know why I even bothered reconnecting..
