Pathetic administration. We are annual payers to this sunset industry. Our next annual payment is due 5 October 2018. On 12 August 2018 DSTV cut our service without warning , claiming our annual fees are payable in August 2018 when they are only due in 2 months time. Your call centre was good but your administration sucks and you seem incapable of dealing with annual account payments properly.
