The self service sucks big time!!!!! I phoned the call centre to get the amount that I have to pay, when I paid it, I still have no viewing. Because I have to pay another amount. What the hell... The amount to be paid is only due 01/08/2018 as per statement and self service. This is beyond ridiculous!!!! When will the accounts people wake up and send the correct amount to your statement.
