*********** ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT- they debit my account for the second time!

For the second time DSTV took my money without authorisation! I cancelled my DSTV account two years ago! Last month they deducted R904 out of my account, I had to phone them 4 times, submit documents, emailed multiple times to have it refunded 3 weeks later! 3WEEKS! My airtime, my time wasted due to their incompetence! Now, they deducted it AGAIN! I am fed-up! When they debit accounts with no authorisation it is *****ING! They are essentially *****ing my money, money that I need!
