We have been DStv customers for many years. We went over to price lock and it has been a disgrace since then. We have been struggling with our account for more then a year and a half. The call center is the most *********** call center that I think there ia in the world. But I fully understand as there ia never any manager on duty to speak to. This month our services has been off 7 times. Everyone you speak to tells you a different story. I have even sent the CEO an email and got no reply back from them. DStv has no feeling for any customer. Our cellphone bill is sky high and you dont even get a R1 credit on your account for that. We have our hands in our hair we dont know what to do anymore. They can go and listen to all our calls it would take them months.
