I am so frustrated by your services and how you do not want to take responsibility of the mistake you guys did, I've been waiting for feedback from a whole manager Nthabiseng Ntsele, Patricia who said she deals with the the hello peter complaints but did nothing to assist, a guy who said he works with the CEO of multi choice Tsetse or something they said they will all call me back nothing. I requested so many times to be contacted by the price lock team but im still not being taken serious by multi choice and its employees its like they do not give a damn about our account because they have over a million viewers we mean nothing. I'm sure all you guys want is for us to cancel our services because you do not give a damn about how we feel.
