Their call centre agents are one of the worst . They literally lie with a straight face. 3 consultants I spoke to made to wait for an hour plus while consulting the manager or team leader & only give a the same incomplete feedback. I was told that the manager will call me yesterday before 16H30 till today dololo. They made to pay reconnection fee twice & pro rata while their consultants didn’t mentioned that to me
