I have 3 decoders to my name on Saturday I called the call center where a very rude female took my call nd wasted my airtime. I called again then a guy took my call he assisted me but still my decoder isn't working I downloaded the app I used the whatsapp line but still it's not playing it's just showing the E30-4 massage I then wasted my airtime today calling the call center the agent still told my account is active but till now as I write this report I truly annoyed nd disappointed because it's been a week nd there's no way forward both the app and whatsapp line are useless
