<p>I ordered the Explora pricelock R539 from multi choice and when they delivered the package 3 weeks ago, they didnt include the smart LNB so I couldnt install the Explora, I have called them numeroud s times and I still do not have the smart LNB.</p> <p> </p> <p>To make matters worse, they debited my account last night R838. </p> <p>Do they really expect me to pay for something that is not installed?? </p> <p>This kind of service is not acceptable, I have been waiting for 3 weeks now for the smart lnb but nothing and then my account is debited, this is really frustrating. I am really not happy with the treatment I am receiving.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
