I recently transferred our xtra view accounts from my brother in laws name to mine. On Thursday my DSTV was off. I was then told to pay R829.00 to reconnect it, as only the main decoder was in my name and not the secondary. The problem was that both decoders were off! I have called in sent various emails only to be told that it is on. I inquired as to why I have to pay R829.00 and also wanted a reason as to why the main decoder was off if I have paid for it already. The only response I got from the call center is that its on and O have to pay the money to reconnect it. The staff are very *********** as they couldn't even explain why.<br> I then went to DSTV the lady advised me they have put a completely new decoder in my name. How they managed that is beyond me. She then did the transfer of ownership there and then and I had to pay R400.00. I am very unhappy with the service as nobody could help me telephonically they couldn't even find the mistake they have made.<br> <br> ITS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE!
