incompetency of multichoice

got a compact package with dstv and an extraview .In february th secondary decoder could not get heartbeat from primary decoder then i called an installer and instead of of fixing xtraview he made it a separate package so i discovered that when the debit order went off which is the 1st of April and i reported that and they said they are cancelling it till now i have been sent from pillar to post just to put back xtra view spent money that i do not have on airtime and plus minus 200 minutes on the phone without anybody saying anything since last week wednesday
