Incompetency is an understatement

Activated dstv stream to watch the olympics and only 5 sports channels were available. Contacted customer service to activate all of the sports channels. Spoke to an agent named Linamandla who then removed all of the channels from my profile and she was unable to bring them back. I am currently still sitting with no channels to watch and dstv claimed that they are unable to fix the problem. What must I do now dstv? please explain?
