Incompetency

I Provided Dstv Multichoice My banking details to deduct monthly payments on my Account starting from the 30 June 2021 so you guys decided to terminate our service before then,on the 29th I paid R1368 for two compact decoders you even charged me extra,and you still went and deduct on my Account R1258 on the 30th when contacting your *********** Consultants they dont even know what they are saying..I sent emails still no respond someone from Dstv explain to me how is it possible to pay R2700 for two compact decoders in one month tl
