Incompetency

<p>I am hugely disgusted with the service that I am receiving from DStv. I started receiving messages that my account is in arrears, after phoning to find out what happened I was advised that my debit order was stopped due to an error on their side. The debit order was then re-instated but they failed to activate the full amount. I started receiving sms threats from their attorneys that I am being handed over due to failure on my side to make payment. I have phoned DStv several times requesting to speak to someone to sort this out, each time being promised that I will be phoned back within 48 hours, they do not have a direct line for this department. Each time I phone I am promised that the matter will be escalated. To date, no one has phoned me back. Today I receive a call from your attorneys, I told them that I would not pay any of their collection or legal fees due to the fact that I have been struggling for months to get answers from yourselves. Can someone please contact me to get this sorted, because for some reason I am unable to get through to an operator at your call centre. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!!!</p>
