Incompetency
Have been trying to access/claim my rewards but have not been through. I keep getting messages emails incorrect yet I know it is the correct one. Sometimes if I request password will indicate it has been sent to my phone but I never get. I have even called call centre but those agents are useless, they themselves don't know how to help. I have been trying for 2months now.
