Incompetency

I recently app**** for two decoders @ multicoiche ..they sent the technician to install , technician said can't be done because I'm leaving in the commune flat.tachnician took decoders back..I was then contacted by multichoice a month later asking for payment .then spoke to the rep explaining what the technician has done and I do not have the decoder .and now being phoned every month asking for payment for the last couple of months .now reflecting bad on my credit 😡
