Incompetency!!!!

I am sooo sooo tired of phoning dstv numerous times a month!!! I will get my monthy amount to pay directly from them and then pay it. A day later my dstv gets switched off or my pvr funtionality is taken away. When I phone them then they tell me that I am behind on my account, after I went and paid the amount THEY gave me!!! So now all af a sudden I am R29 behind on my pvr functionality. That was last week. I refused to pay it. Yesterday I get a sms saying my dstv has been stopped because I owe R120. Dstv is still on but pvr gone once again!! Why in the world is my dstv not one month the same???!!!!! I think someone there is bullsh*tting me and *****ing my money, plain and simple!! It is just unbelievable with how many excuses every person that I speak to comes up with. Furthermore there is just the same **** over and over each and every day! Not worth spending R800 or R900 a month. No one is worried that you want to cancel your subscription so why try and sort it out. No wonder everyone gets Netflix. I will not pay the extra money that I so called owe. You are *****ing peoples money left and right without even thinking twice about it!!
