Incompetency

Multichoice hired *********** Call Center Agent. Yesterday 29/09/2015 I called Multichoice more than 7 times (using my own hard earned money of course) regarding the same problem, its still not resolved. Each consultant gave a different solution to a same problem, how does that happen? The second last call I made the agent had an odesity to put me on hold for 8 minutes. My problem is still not resolved after so much time and money I spent.I am appauled to say the least. The level of customer service from Multichoice is worse that the kind of service that one will get from a parastatetal.
