Incompetence poor service

I call customer service number to query about the deduction of R950 that is deducted today ,Remember i have a 24 months lock price contract with Dstv for R499 per month still my problem its been resolved .Agent i spoke to her on monday which was Wendy Njikazi told my matter is resolve they will deduct R499 but i was shocked to see thy deduct R950 on my account .There is a lot of incompetence on Dstv (Multichoice) poor management i want my refund by the end of business today otherwise i will take legal action . call ***
