Incompetence personified

<p>It started December I installed a single view with my two explora. I was told no problem you pay 844 . I was disconnected and told o my EFT was returned by me and thus I owe them money????????? This was a payment done in February and the"return" was November I called I was connected I then eventually went into a agency's They want a years bank statements which I refuse As it invaders my privacy 2. I do so many transactions 3, it's 15 per page so now not only have I paid them for NO SERVICE but I must spend more to prove the proof I gave them of payments .i have received a number of emails within a few days of each other each stating a different amount due ranging from 1100 to 93 ?????!!! I called this week and was connected I received another call stating all sort d request a letter and yet nothing now this morning I am disconnected I am EXPECTED TO PAY I DO AND THEY SWITCH IT OFF BECAUSE OF THEIR INCOMPETENCE i did short pay as I was unaware of a raise in amount I sorted it December according to me I owe nothing </p>
