incompetence of multichoice

I am a DS TV Premium Subscriber. On the 30th of March 2015 I called the call centre and I was assisted by Lebogang Ngcube and I wanted to be assisted with an open view connection. Lebogang told me that I will have to contact an installer first then call the call centre to assist with the connection. I then said to lebohanf that I will call back once I have contacted the installer little did I know that Lebogang will leave the open view subscription open on the system. In April i paid 1600 to cover the April and May instalment, I then received a msg in may that I i owed R1568 and my connection was cut off. I called the call centre and I was told that it was because of the open view connection. I explained that I never called the installer to install it therefore it should have never been switched on. Since then till now my problem has not been solved my connection has been cut off and I have spoken to the following call cenerror agents who have promised to come back to me but have been useless.
