Incompetence of DSTV

Actually minus 100. What an incredible incompetence organization. I have been battling now for 2 days to get our holiday decoder connected. The excuses are endless from system updates from me owing them money. What an *********** organization. Then suddenly I ouw them nothing and directly thereafter getting an sms that I suddenly ouw them over R2000.00. Ridicules. Just confirmed that I'm in credit with a good balance and that is correct as I always stay in the credit with them due to my holiday home packages that totals 4 different packages. Well news for them I'm cancelling all 5 accounts with them. They are just focused in improving lives of specific groupings and don't worry in service delivery. Well for sure I will opt out of this incompetence company.
